GPUSPECINDEX earns a commission from eBay links
Links on this site that point to eBay carry a tracking code belonging to the GPUSPECINDEX account in the eBay Partner Network. If you follow one of those links and buy something, eBay pays this site a share of its own fee on the sale. You pay the same price either way. For computer hardware that share is currently about 1.5 percent of the item price, and it is credited only when a purchase happens within one day of the click. Every one of these links is marked in the page markup as a paid link, and a plain-language note appears next to the link itself rather than only on this page.
Commissions do not decide what the catalog says
The specification data on this site comes from published manufacturer tables recorded in the catalog, and no part of it changes because a card is more profitable to link. Search results are ordered by the filters and sort you choose. There is no sponsored placement, no paid inclusion, and no card that appears or ranks differently because of a commercial relationship. If that ever changes, this page must be updated before the change goes live.
How the prices are fetched and how old they can be
Current prices come from eBay's own listing API, requested by this site's server, not by your browser. Nothing about your visit is sent to eBay when a price is displayed. A price is stored for at most four hours before it is fetched again, and a stored price is never displayed once it is more than six hours old; when a fresh price cannot be retrieved, the price block disappears rather than showing a stale number. Prices are what sellers are asking at the moment of the fetch, they are not a valuation, and this site does not publish price history, averages, or trend estimates.
What to do with this information
Treat the price block as a live pointer at a marketplace, and the specification table as the durable part of the page. A listing's condition, seller, and shipping cost are visible on eBay and are not reproduced here. If a price shown on this site does not match what you see after following the link, the eBay page is correct and this site's copy is stale; the six-hour ceiling exists to keep that window small.
